Sharing insights into the key drivers of optimal functioning, along with some strategies that research has shown to make a significant difference to our happiness and resilience.

Michael covers constructs such as meaning, mindfulness, motivation, strengths, and the links between our thoughts, emotions and behavior; just to name a few.

Throughout your journey on the Program, inside your Mindset library you'll receive guidance on setting and achieving realistic goals, getting into the right headspace for achieving program success, and learning how to have a positive relationship with finding balance between the meals, mindset and moves, longterm.
