Ingredients:
Water 250ml ( 1⁄2 tbsp )Coconut Yogurt 30g (2 tbsps ) or cream
Kiwi Fruit 1⁄2
Nourish Plant Protein, Vanilla 30g ( 1⁄4 cup )
Tahini 15g (1 tbsp ) or peanut butter
MCT Keto Tonic 10ml ( 1⁄2 tbsp ) optional
Turmeric, Ground 1g ( 1⁄2 tsp )
Cinnamon 1g ( 1⁄2 tsp )
Nutmeg, Ground 1g ( 1⁄2 tsp ) optional
Ice, optional
Method:
- Add all ingredients into your blender or food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favourite glass, mug or travel bottle and enjoy!
