Ingredients:

Water 250ml ( 12 tbsp )
Coconut Yogurt 30g (2 tbsps ) or cream
Kiwi Fruit 12
Nourish Plant Protein, Vanilla 30g ( 14 cup )
Tahini 15g (1 tbsp ) or peanut butter
MCT Keto Tonic 10ml ( 12 tbsp ) optional
Turmeric, Ground 1g ( 12 tsp )
Cinnamon 1g ( 12 tsp )
Nutmeg, Ground 1g ( 12 tsp ) optional
Ice, optional

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into your blender or food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favourite glass, mug or travel bottle and enjoy!
  2. Remember to 'chew' your smoothie to activate your digestion and if you can, take your time to enjoy this delicious, health boosting 'meal'!
