Almond/Coconut Milk 125ml ( 12 cup ) or coconut water
Coconut Yogurt 30g (2 tbsps ) optional
Mixed Berries 40g ( 14 cup ) frozen or fresh
Nourish Plant Protein, Vanilla 30g ( 14 cup )
Tahini 15g (1 tbsp ) or nut butter
Lime Juice 20ml (1 tbsp )
Shredded Coconut 25g ( 14 cup ) optional


  1. Add your ingredients into your blender or food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into your favourite bowl or travel container and top with a little extra coconut or a few nuts or seeds.
  3. Remember to 'chew' your smoothie to activate your digestion and if you can, take your time to enjoy this delicious, health boosting 'meal'!

NOTE: Try adding a dash of apple cider vinegar for extra digestion support.
