Ingredients:Cauliflower 1⁄4 head riced or blitz
Coconut Flour 25g ( 1⁄4 cup )
Tapioca/Arrowroot Flour 8g (1 tbsp )
Garlic Powder 1g ( 1⁄4 tsp )
Prefered Spice 1g ( 1⁄4 tsp ) optional
Olive Oil 5ml ( 1⁄4 tbsp )
Avocado 1⁄4 smashed
Olive Oil 10ml ( 1⁄2 tbsp )
Cumin, Ground 1g ( 1⁄4 tsp )
Chilli Flakes 1g ( 1⁄4 tsp ) optional
Apple Cider Vinegar 5ml ( 1⁄4 tbsp )
- Heat your pan over medium to high heat and add a little olive oil.
- In a bowl combine your fritter ingredients and stir well to form a lovely thick batter, then using the same pan dollop and flatten spoonfuls of your fritter batter into the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
- Serve with your guacamole and season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
