Ingredients:

Cauliflower 14 head riced or blitz
Egg 1
Coconut Flour 25g ( 14 cup )
Tapioca/Arrowroot Flour 8g (1 tbsp )
Garlic Powder 1g ( 14 tsp )
Prefered Spice 1g ( 14 tsp ) optional
Olive Oil 5ml ( 14 tbsp )
GUACAMOLE
Avocado 14 smashed
Olive Oil 10ml ( 12 tbsp )
Cumin, Ground 1g ( 14 tsp )
Chilli Flakes 1g ( 14 tsp ) optional
Apple Cider Vinegar 5ml ( 14 tbsp )

Method:

  1. Heat your pan over medium to high heat and add a little olive oil.
  2. In a bowl combine your fritter ingredients and stir well to form a lovely thick batter, then using the same pan dollop and flatten spoonfuls of your fritter batter into the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
  3. Serve with your guacamole and season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
